What is Mediation?

Mediation is a proven method for conflict resolution. It emphasizes not only the values of respect, fairness, and understanding but also the principle of impartiality. This means that, as a mediator, I approach all parties neutrally and with equal interest. This creates space for constructive conversations in which solutions that are mutually acceptable and sustainable for everyone can be developed. In addition to impartiality, there are other fundamental principles that form the foundation for such confidential discussions. These principles serve as the basis for my work and are also a prerequisite for collaboration with you as mediation participants.
